All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and shipped as soon as its ready. If any delays occur, we will contact you as soon possible.
We find the most appropriate courier for your order. There is no mark-up on our delivery fees.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders below a certain order value will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the Refund and Exchange Policy at the bottom of this page. We will initiate a return if we are able to stop the parcel in transit, before you receive it, if not we will initiate the return using the following Return Procedure.
Items purchased can be returned by post or to our store. We can also exchange items in store or can do exchanges via post.

How to Return and Order
Send us an email to email@example.com before 14 days of receiving the order, or contact us by telephone 01242 370 308 and the confirm by an email, and mention if you want return or exchange items.
Pack the item(s) for return, and post it.
Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund or exchange and send you an email to let you know.
Return / Exchange policies
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:
1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
2. Item(s) must be unused with all original tags/labels attached.
3. Item(s) must not be damaged by client.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
Return & Worldwide Fees
If cause of return « damaged item(s), we accept return fees
If the customer changes their mind, the customers pays return fees.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
